| If a tribute a hieratic but the monster i summon is solemned, is the first monster still considered tributed?

| Tributing a monster is a cost, therefore, the monster used for the tribute will still go to the graveyard (or be banished in some cases) and receive its effects, if any effects are to be applied.Reference Used - http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Tribute_Summon | |
